VMware NSXを利用する環境でDeep Securityを導入する場合、連携する仮想アプライアンスが変わります。
NSX Managerがいない環境の場合、vShield Managerが必要ですが、NSX Managerがいる場合は、vShield Managerは不要になります。
そして、NSX Managerがいる環境の場合、Guest Introspectionが必要になります。こういった仮想アプライアンスは、VMwareのvSphere Web Clientでデプロイする事になります。
そして、仮想マシンをデプロイした時に、デプロイは成功するのですが、ステータスが警告になる事があります。
そこで、ステータスをチェックすると「Guest Introspection Service not ready」と表示されるケースがあります。
その場合の解決方法が以下のVMwareフォーラムにあり、改善できたので紹介します。

I've seen this error in my environment and resolved it by rebooting the Guest Introspection appliance.
要は、仮想アプライアンスの再起動で復旧したという事です。
また、それでも復旧しない場合は、同じフォーラム内にある解決方法が参考になるかもしれません。
This is what I needed to do in order to get it fixed:
①Remove Guest Introspection
②Shut down all the VM's that where on the ESXi hosts
③Bring the ESXi hosts into maintenance mode
④Drag-and-drop the hosts out of the cluster into the Data Center (level)
⑤Drag-and-drop the hosts back into the cluster
⑥Exit the maintenance mode of the ESXi hosts
⑦Rebooted the ESXi hosts
⑧clicked "resolve" on the "host preparation" section
⑨And installed the Guest Introspection back on together with "Data Security"
⑩Turned back on my VM's that where on the ESXi hosts
